Robert C. Heuke, Jr. (Bob) was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He graduated from Trinity High School in 1984 finishing 9th in his graduating class. Bob earned his B.S. degree in Finance at the University of Kentucky where he was a member and officer of the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity.
He attended the University of Kentucky College of Law graduating in 1993. During law school he clerked for Hon. Peter Perlman one of the preeminent litigation attorneys in Kentucky. Upon graduation from law school, he took an associate position with the law firm of Spencer & Moriarty in Lexington, Kentucky. There he focused his plaintiff’s practice on a variety of civil litigation cases including motor vehicle accidents, product liability claims, slip and falls, workers’ compensation claims, and social security disability.
He started the practice of Stout & Heuke Law Offices in 1995 along with his long-time friend and colleague Thomas Scott Stout. They have a staff of 6 employees who are like family. Stout & Heuke has proudly recovered millions of dollars for their clients through trials and settlements. They have successfully litigated hundreds of cases including workers’ compensation claims, motor vehicle accidents, product liability claims, trucking accidents, slip and falls, and medical negligence claims. They pride themselves on giving attention to every detail of case no matter the size.
He currently lives in Louisville, Kentucky with his wife, Shawn, who is a sale manager for AstraZenecа Pharmaceuticals, and a proud Green Bay, WI native. Bob and Shawn have two boys, Jake and Luke, and a daughter, Sadie. Bob and Shawn enjoy spending time with family and friends in their two favorite places Anna Maria Island, FL and Hilton Head, SC.
Thomas Scott Stout (Scott) graduated high school from Bullitt East High School in Mt. Washington, KY in 1985. From there he attended Western Kentucky University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1989. He then attended the University of Kentucky College of Law. It was there that he met his friend and colleague, Bob Heuke. They were roommates for two years of law school and only had one argument during that time. History has shown that Scott was correct in that argument.
He started the practice of Stout & Heuke Law Offices in 1995 along with Bob Heuke. It was the best decision he ever made. Scott is an avid outdoorsman, mountaineer, and sailor. You can find him every fall in his deer stand on his family farm in Claysville, PA or out on the river on his sailboat in the summer. He has climbed the tallest mountain on four different continents, several volcanoes in North America, and has been over 14,000 feet 25+ times. He currently lives in Louisville and has a daughter, Quinn, and two step kids, Jack and Mia. All are avid Pittsburgh Steelers fans whether they want to be or not.
